Select Hill Resort
Overview: Select Hill is a four-season luxury resort on Dajt Mountain. Despite being one of Albania's finest properties, the existing site failed to reflect that quality or convert visitors into direct bookings.
Approach: Mapped all key user journeys and structured each section around its specific conversion goal. Designed a content-first layout with immersive full-width imagery and refined typographic hierarchy to signal premium positioning.
GreenFORCE
Overview: An EU-funded initiative fostering research excellence for the Western Balkans' green transition. The platform supports five major organizations in producing territorial knowledge and institutional learning.
Approach: Built a comprehensive research hub that manages complex data across five work packages. The UX prioritizes scientific authority through clarity, utilizing a systematic navigation structure for sensitive research data.

Overview: One of Albania's leading HR consulting firms. A complete design and build from scratch was commissioned, covering 17 distinct service lines across two languages.
Approach: Grouped services into four logical clusters. Designed a structured navigation system that supports both browsing and direct deep-linking to reduce cognitive load.

I am Ilvi Bimi, a designer who bridges UX strategy, visual craft, and no-code development — covering the full lifecycle from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity UI, graphic design, and live site delivery. Over 5 years of practice and 17+ projects built and shipped across corporate, hospitality, institutional, and e-commerce sectors using WordPress (Elementor Pro), Webflow, Framer, Shopify, and PrestaShop. Strong foundation in design principles — typography, colour theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy — applied consistently across interfaces, brand assets, and marketing campaigns. Experienced adapting global brand guidelines to regional execution, working within agile team structures, and using HTML5, CSS3, and AI automation to close the gap between design intent and final delivery.

UX Consulting: Provided strategic consulting to solve the "administrator-first" bias typical of institutional sites, moving from a content dump to a user-centric resource hub.
Approach: Mapped distinct journeys for justice sector professionals, EU stakeholders, and the public, restructuring the entire information architecture around three specific conversion paths.
